A minimum of 24 hours notice is required to cancel/postpone an appointment otherwise a 50% cancellation fee will be incurred.
We regret that if you arrive late for your appointment, this may decrease the time of your treatment. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may have to treat your appointment as cancelled.
On your first visit to polished you will be asked to complete a client questionnaire. Please remember to keep us informed of any changes with your health/medication or special requirements. Please notify us upon booking if you are pregnant, so that we can advise on treatments.
We offer courses for each treatment. If you buy a course of 6 you pay for 5 and get the last one complimentary.
Gift cards can be purchased in salon or over the phone and are valid for 12 months from date of purchase.
